Club Illusion in Lier has been sealed for one week due to a drugs razzia last weekend. In the dancing itselves a small amount of drugs was found, while the biggest part was found in visitor cars on the parking lots. Ronald Luyten, owner and ceo of Art-Group Music (Jessy, Regi Penxten, …) has been arrested administratively for the time being.

Thus Club Illusion will not be open this weekend but you can instead all go to the City Parade in Ghent this weekend!

ps: don’t take drugs! What’s your opinion on this ? Is (temporarily) closing a club the real solution to the drug problem ? Discuss it on our forum!

Yesterday, during a photoshoot for the new Ian Van Dahl album the showtapes were stolen from the manager’s car (Stefan Wuyts). The first few moments there was some panic but luckily the producers had a backup tape so Ian Van Dahl’s performance on the Mecano Beach Party in Rauma City (Finland) is still on!

This sunday DJ Marcel Woods will be present in the Rotationz show with Tim Davis on Topradio

Between 21h and 22h local time he’ll put the radio on fire with bouncing hardtrance! Marcel Woods is known from the track The Bomb and was also present at Antwerp is Burning in the trance room (together with Mike and Armin Van Buuren).

Orion Too Featuring Caitlin was recently signed in the USA by Zelen records. Meanwhile the latest single Travelling is still in the charts of Flaix-fm in Spain after 9 weeks and in Moldavia Travelling takes the 30th place in the Official singles chart. (Praga Khan is also present in that chart!)

In the Netherlands Travelling comes in at nr 30 in the Tipparade. With major rotation on TMF, The Box and MTV it’ll probably end up pretty high in the charts.
