On July 11, Madonna will perform a sold-out concert in her Sticky and Sweet tour in Werchter (65,000 tickets sold). And now Kate Ryan has said that she would love to be a supporting act for the Queen of Pop. Kate is a long-time Madonna fan and has acted her record company to lobby with the management of Madonna, although she considers her odds to be slim.

We were told that it would be the first single from the new album, but it turns out that I Hate You Now will be the second single. It was already played on Regis show on MNM and has received a lot of positive feedback. However, the exact release date is not known yet. We will keep you posted !

As a second single from their debut album Subculture, the subs will release one of our favorite tracks: My Punk . One of the big (and longlasting) clubs in Belgium, Carre in Willebroek becomes 18 years old and for this joyful event, a new compilation 18 years Carre was mixed by Laurent Wery.

After the great success of the Supah Dupah EP on Lektroluv a follow-up from the Sound Of Stereo boys is soon to be released. Heads Up is the name of the EP and it will feature a remix from The Bloody Beetroots amongst others. What’s more, the Sound Of Stereo boys will throw a big party in Culture Club in Ghent to celebrate the release of the EP on the 27th of February.

The Miami Winter Music Conference is one of THE meeting places for artists, journalists and records executives interested in electronic music. Each year, they also hand out the International Dance Music Awards and this year Soulwax is nominated for best band. The group is in very good company, seeing that the other nominees are Justice, Daft Punk and Pendulum. We hope Soulwax wins !
