Sound Of Stereo are Jochen Sablon and Vincent De Boeck. They met about a year ago on the internet. They started producing and deejaying together. And with success: Their first single Nic Nag was picked up by MTV, that used it for a televisioncommercial. After MTV, also Studio Brussel discovered the magic duo and decided to play their songs in heavy rotation on some of their best shows such as Switch, Mish Mash, Volt and The Maxx.
Next to the (inter)national media, also a lot of (inter)national deejays discovered Sound Of Stereo: They are tracklisted and loudly supported by Crookers, Bloody Beetroots, Lee Mortimer, Jokers Of The Scene, The Subs, PartyhardERS and many others. It is finally here, the new album by Katerine called Overdrive. The album is filled with all her recent hits and contains no less than 17 tracks. Talk about getting value for money. Katerine worked with the producers of Hadise, Kay Styles and Laura, as well as Regi . She also collaborated on two songs, namely Treat Me Like A Lady and Loose My Mind. Phillip Sollmann aka Efdemin has been quite busy. He did not only release his first full-length album on Dial in 2007, but also put out remixes for Dessous, Bpitch Control, Morris Audio and Lan Muzic. And now, Efdemin releases his debut mix-cd, including tracks from respected producers such as Scott Grooves, Brothers Vibe, Minilogue, Dettmann and Klock, Patrice Scott, Surgeon, Photek and Tobias.
He has avoided a selection of easy hits in favour of a well thought out collection of secret weapons, personal favourites and undiscovered beauties.

The mix is released on Curle, the label where Efdemin released his biggest track to date, Acid Bells, that topped last year?s charts.

Kate Ryan won the Best Selling Benelux Artist Worldwide award on last Sunday’s World Music Awards. The awards are given by IFPI, the international federation for the music industry and are based on actual album and single sales across the world. Seeing that Kate’s album Free was released in over 40 countries and that she scored a big hit with Ella Elle L’a, this award comes as no surprise. And perhaps there is more to come, seeing that she is also nominated for Best International Song in the biggest Spanish Awards Show which will take place in December.
